I would like to take this opportunity to write this letter of thanks.
An accident can happen at any time and I would like to say it would be great peace of mind, that when such an incident does happen, your medical aid of choice would come to the party.
My accident happened on the 24th December 2022 and (settlement of medical bills) now has only been finalized, end of March 2023.
Since I have submitted my claims my medical aid has tried their utmost not to pay as many of the claims as possible.
John and Tasniem (EB Solutions) have taken it upon themselves to assist me with the correspondence between myself and the hospital plan.
My bills have now been successfully paid. It saddens me that so many things have to be fight. But it is very assuring and helpful, that when IN such a predicament my broker helped and assisted me to sort the problems out.
So thank you for all assistance patience and dedication to the problems that had to be dealt with.
We confirm that EB Solutions has serviced employees of our company as healthcare intermediary with effect from 2002 to date.
EB solutions provide a consultant to attend at our premises once a week in order to assist members of the Sizwe medical aid scheme with benefit and claims queries, pre-authorisation, addition and termination of dependants, registration on health and wellness programmes, and intervention with medical service providers on behalf of members.
Over the past 14 years we have found the service offered to be professional, prompt and reliable. We are also pleasantly surprised by the service provided by the consultants to members outside of our normal consulting visits, to the extent that matters are even attended to after hours.
We have no hesitation in recommending EB Solutions as a healthcare intermediary of choice to any organisation requiring a professional healthcare solution.
